Artist of The Week: Mbuso Ngubane AKA Music Man

Mbuso Ngubane better known as the Music Man is 34 year old Durban based House DJ and producer. His love of music originated from him playing in the orchestra as a kid.. He played the flute from an age of 5, later learning how to play the trumpet and horns in Grade 6 where he was a full time member of the school brass band. He got introduced to house music during his tertiary days in Pretoria and had an idea of blending classic/orchestra music with house music. His music is not necessarily boxed into one sub-genre…he plays Acid jazz, Afro house, deep house and soulful House music.
He started performing and hosting parties at varsity as a DJ in 2007 and never looked back.
He has worked and played with great DJs like Ralf Gum, Vinny Da Vinci, Rocco, Sean McCabe and DJ Christos.
Music Man is currently hard at work on his debut EP called Amile. The arrangements are unique stylistically, borrowing from classical music, Jazz, and Dance music.

Ocean Express keeps fun on track at uShaka Marine World!

Hop aboard the Ocean Express, uShaka Marine World’s newest attraction – a mini train that comes with all the romance and enchantment of a bright and fun miniature railroad.

Through the years, trains have fascinated both young and old – from the giant steam engines of yesteryear to the cutest miniature railroads which have been highlights at tourist attractions around the globe.

uShaka Marine World has bought its own ticket to the quaint miniature railroad movement with the Ocean Express, a state of the art electrical train that leaves from its station outside Nando’s and does the circuit of Village Walk.

Brightly coloured, this cute little train is fitted with all the mod cons – flexible steering to handle any tight turns, a one-meter design width that’s suitable for narrow paths as well as a large electric battery which will keep it on track for a full day.

For just R20, you can board the fun mini Ocean Express for a 10-minute ride complete with onboard music. Wave to your fellow uShaka visitors en route or do a touch of window shopping as you chug on by. You can also take fun photos beside the Ocean Express, to make family memories or brighten up your social media pages.

Psychological Benefits Of Having The Confidence To Make a Move On Your Crush

Guest post by Nosipho Welile Ntombela

Many people including myself are still stuck on Valentine’s this month. There is that special somebody that you think about more than you should, but still you are not together.  You are not together because 1.

They doesn’t know how you feel about them.

2. You are scared to make a move.

3. They are already in a relationship with someone else.

Psychological that shouldn’t be a reason for you to let go, but more reason for you to want them.  With closeup toothpaste you should be able to build up confidence of approaching your crush without fear of horrible breath and guaranteed white teeth.  With closeup you get to unlock freshness, cleanness, happiness and peace of mind. With all these four together there is no more confidence needed for you to make a move on your crush.

Once you have gained confidence and told that woman or man how you feel, you will wave lonely day’s goodbye.  You will benefit from happiness of exploring the world of love with the love of your heart. You will have stress free days, and stop being the one drooling over couples posts on social media, and let us be the ones salivating over yours. So go on put a little bit of love in your heart, as it is a most visible symbol of love, the most important organ in the human body.  You have nothing to lose, but everything to gain.

Keep in mind that there are psychological benefits to being in love, also being kind and loving to those around you is guaranteed to have you feeling virtuous about yourself psychologically, and emotionally. A good reason to pursue love and enjoy the benefits of being in a relationship this month, not forgetting good health and long life as part of the package.

Confidence can help conquer the world.  A good feeling of worthy lashes out when you feel good about yourself. The research says that people who are self-confident are more relaxed in social settings and when they meet new people. They are ready psychological, before they are ready physical.  So go on, go out and make that move you have been dreaming about since this month started.  Benefit from love just by being in love, make a move without fear of rejection.
