If you weren’t singing, what would you be doing for a career? I think I would be a very good teacher (giggles). My parents and my older sister are all teachers so I think I would’ve gotten into the family tradition.

The show, how has the experience been thus far? It is so amazing. To meet such great talents in my fellow contestants and to be paired up with industry heavyweights is an overwhelming experience. I think this was meant to be… I feel like it’s my purpose to succeed in doing what I love.

What can people expect from you on the show? Expect to see me at my best and my lowest. It is a real rollercoaster for me both musically and emotionally. So, I plan to give all the challenges my best.
